HDFC bank is not really a good customer friendly bank. However, there are ways if you want to escalate the concern for an effective solution.

Customer care email along with pnohdfcbank@hdfcbank.com

2) Post 3 days, escalate this to

3) Post 5 days, final escalation to

md.complaints1@hdfcbank.com

4) Lastly, RBI with copy to all
